Your coach Jayd Harrison will teach you how to build a healthy plate at every meal as well as how to track your calories and macronutrients to meet your goals. Online Coaching

Online Coaching includes weekly 1-on-1 meetings with your coach Jayd Harrison while you work through the Healthy Diet Makeover material. Upon signing up, you’ll be sent access to the Healthy Diet Makeover webs series as well as a digital copy of the Healthy Diet Makeover handbook.

Each week, you also have the option of attending a live lesson and Q&A session on Wednesdays at 1:30pm EST.

First month’s fees include coaching plus program materials (valued at $215).

Jayd Harrison is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor affiliated with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America and the National College of Sports Medicine. She has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, working with beginners and intermediate exercisers. Her mission is to empower people to live their healthiest lives. She lives in North Carolina with her 3-legged dog Roo, and enjoys practicing mixed martial arts and weightlifting.
