Training Programs

Jayd Harrison Fitness & Wellness will establish a trainer-client relationship only by an express written agreement. Jayd Harrison reserves the right to cancel a Training Program contract and refund the purchaser if Jayd Harrison deems it necessary.

Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, Jayd Harrison Fitness & Wellness urges you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any nutritional or exercise program, or using any exercise equipment. Any recommendation for changes in diet including the use of food, supplements, weight reduction and/or bodybuilding enhancement products are entirely your responsibility and you should consult a physician prior to undergoing any dietary or food supplement change. Any content, information and/or exercise equipment provided by Jayd Harrison Fitness & Wellness is for informational and educational purposes only and any use is solely at your own risk. Jayd Harrison Fitness & Wellness, without limitations, is not responsible for any injuries which may occur as a result of; (a) your use of all amenities and equipment in the facility and your participation in any activity, class, program, personal training or instruction, (b) the sudden and unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment and (c) our instruction, training, supervision, or dietary recommendations.

Billing & Scheduling:

All Training Plans in Trainerize start on the Monday following the receipt of first payment.

For Subscriptions: Training fees are billed automatically every 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or otherwise agreed upon intervals indefinitely. Written notice must be provided at least one week prior to the billing date to avoid late cancelation fees. Late or failed payments may result in loss of access to your online training program through Trainerize and a delay in scheduling training sessions. No refunds after payments have been processed, except in the case of a billing or system error.

For 3 Month, 6 Month, and 12 Month Contracts: Training fees are billed automatically for the duration of your contract at the agreed intervals of your contract (monthly, bimonthly, etc) unless paid in full. Late or failed payments may result in loss of access to your online training program through Trainerize and a delay in scheduling training sessions. No refunds after payments have been processed, except in the case of a billing or system error. If you wish to cancel prior to the end of your contract, a cancelation fee of the remaining balance owed (half of the remaining monthly payments) is due upon the date of cancelation.

Payments made by cash, check, Venmo, Paypal, money order, or another outside service must be received 1 week prior to the start of the program, and 1 week prior to the payment due date for continuing programs to avoid delay of services or loss of access.

Monthly sessions must be redeemed within 1 month of purchase. No rollover of unused monthly sessions to replace or discount sessions covered in the next month's training fees. To redeem and schedule your sessions, contact your trainer at least one week prior to the desired date and time of your sessions. Please request a cancellation or rescheduling of your redeemed sessions at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid a no-show charge or late rescheduling fee.

Session Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your 1-on-1 session or Mini Class. Cancellations made within the 24 hour window are subject to a "Late Cancellation" charge and will forfeit the session. No refunds for forfeited sessions.

Training Plan Changes and Updates

Pre-packaged and custom training plans may be customized up to 2 times per month without additional charge. Customizations include substituting exercises within your existing workouts, adding additional exercises to existing workouts, or changing your goals and habits.

If you would like additional workouts added to your program, you can purchase additional workouts by going to the Training Plans Changes page.

If you would like a completely new program prior to the end of your current program, you can also purchase a program change by going to the Training Plans Changes page.

Meal Plans & Nutritional Coaching

All nutritional coaching and meal plan content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All nutritional information and meal plans on this site serve as examples of healthy eating to support your individual nutrition goals and are not intended for the treatment of any medical conditions. Please understand that you are solely responsible for the way you perceive and utilize information on this site and that you do so at your own risk.

The nutritional coaching content and meal plans on this site are NOT a substitute for any advice given to you by your physician.
