Tips for Logging With MyFitnessPal

If you’re trying to get in shape and eat better, tracking your daily food intake is one of the best ways to get started.

I recommend all of my clients use the MyFitnessPal app to track everything they eat and drink, starting from the very first week of training.

This allows you to get an accurate sense of what your current habits are and the amount of calories you usually consume. From there, you’ll be able to properly make changes that have a lasting effect on your fitness and wellness.
