Fat Loss Coaching
Join me for this 28-day program to get your body burning fat and keep it off for good! I’ll teach you all the key aspects of fat loss, including how to smart eating habits and how to exercise to burn more calories. Program includes a 4-week sample meal plan and beginner-level workouts. Self-guided program and 1-on-1 coaching available.
Strength Training
Join me for this 3-month program and learn how to lift weights and get strong. I’ve designed this program to walk you step-by-step through the process of building a solid foundation of muscle strength and safe exercise technique. Program includes a 12 weeks of phased exercise programming with beginner-level workouts. Self-guided program and 1-on-1 coaching available.
Nutrition Coaching
If you’re feeling lost in your diet, join me for my nutrition coaching program! I’ll teach you everything you need to know to manage your calorie intake, balance your macronutrients, and eat healthy. I’ll also teach you how to meal plan while providing example meal plans that you can follow each week.
Custom Personal Training
If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, or if you have a more specific goal, let me design a custom personal training plan for you! I’ll program an exercise plan that suits your needs, goals, and equipment access.
How it Works
After you sign up, you’ll immediately receive access to my program powered by the Trainerize app. In this app, I’ll add your workouts, nutrition plan, and helpful guides to get you started on your fitness journey 💪 I’ll also monitor your workout progress throughout the week and provide feedback & suggestions.
First, we’ll need to set up an initial consultation to go over your goals, available equipment, and program options. You can do this after signing up for your program.
Every month, we’ll have a 1-on-1 coaching call to go over your progress and make adjustments to your plan and troubleshoot obstacles you faced during the previous month.
We’ll stay in contact via direct messages in the app—where I’ll share more information with you throughout each week. Every weekend, I’ll review your progress and provide additional guidance and coaching.
Exercise tracking
You will track your workouts within the app—which will allow us to see progress over time. Each of your workouts will include exercise tutorial videos that I’ve made to help you understand how to do your exercises.
NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
In addition to your custom workout plan, I’ll also help you to figure out how many calories you’ll need to eat every day to support your fitness goals. We’ll also go over how many grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat you should be eating. You’ll be able to track all of this within the app so I’ll be able to monitor your daily intake as well.
I’ll also periodically email you more educational information and healthy recipes. If you need additional guidance, you can always add meal planning to your monthly subscription.
