That’s why I’ve created my nutrition coaching program: to help you sort through the bs and build an eating pattern that suits your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I’ll teach you everything from how many calories you should eat to how to manage your macronutrient balance. I’ll also teach you how to meal plan according to your nutrition goals while providing example meal plans that you can follow each week.

Nutrition coaching is $199 per month and includes:

  • Weekly Custom Meal Plan

  • A personalized nutrition plan and monitoring through the Trainerize app

  • 24/7 messaging with expert coach Jayd Harrison

  • A monthly 30-minute consultation or training session (additional sessions may be purchased as punch cards or monthly subscriptions)

Nutrition Consultation

Sign up for a nutrition consultation to get 1-on-1 guidance in your nutrition plan. During your consultation, we’ll talk about your diet goals and suggestions for moving forward—including figuring out how many calories you should be eating as well as your macronutrient distribution.
