The workouts in this program can be completed at a public or personal gym using dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. See below a list of suggested equipment:
You may also want to use an exercise mat or yoga mat for the floor exercises to cushion your back and joints.
There are 3 Total Body Workouts included in this program, each to be completed on one day each week (i.e., Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3).
Record your progress in each workout using the included Workout Tracking Sheet or in a Fitness Journal. Repeat this exercise routine every week for 4-6 weeks before progressing to a new, more challenging program.
