No gym? No problem! This beginner-friendly program is perfect if you don’t have access to a gym or prefer working out at home. Build muscle and learn safe exercise technique using bodyweight exercises like planks, squats, core exercises, and balance training.

No gym? No problem! This beginner-friendly program is perfect if you don’t have access to a gym or prefer working out at home. Build muscle and learn safe exercise technique using bodyweight exercises like planks, squats, core exercises, and balance training.

The workouts in this program can be completed at a public or personal gym using no equipment.

You may however want to use an exercise mat or yoga mat* for the floor exercises to cushion your back and joints.

There are 3 Total Body Workouts included in this program, each to be completed on one day each week (i.e., Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3). 

Record your progress in each workout using the included Workout Tracking Sheet or in a Fitness Journal. Repeat this exercise routine every week for 4-6 weeks before progressing to a new, more challenging program.
