Injuries can happen to anyone, no matter whether you’re a beginner to fitness or a seasoned athlete. While there are many things that we can do to reduce our risk of injury in the gym, there’s always a certain amount of risk that you may get injured. But don’t worry–you’re not going to lose all of your gains. And in many cases you actually can continue to train despite having an injury.
