This program is all about helping you set a solid foundation of everyday activity. This program features daily 10-15 minute workouts that you can do anywhere with no equipment. I’ll guide you through 4 weeks of building your habit of daily exercise. By the end of the program, you’ll be stronger, fitter, and ready to move on to more advanced programs to take your fitness to the next level.
