How it Works

When you sign up for personal training with me, you’ll immediately receive access to the Trainerize app. Trainerize has everything you need to progress through your program!

1-ON-1 GUIDANCE

First, you’ll need to schedule your monthly 1-on-1 consultation so that we can go over your program together and I can answer any questions. We’ll have a 30-minute session or consultation each month to strategize and reflect on your progress (additional training sessions can be purchased as punch cards or monthly subscriptions).

Throughout the month, you can send a direct message any time in Trainerize messages or attach a comment or question in your workouts.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

When it comes to fat loss, 80% of what you need to do is manage your diet! I’ll help you to figure out how many calories you’ll need to eat every day to support your fitness goals. We’ll also go over how many grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat you should be eating. You’ll be able to track all of this with MyFitnessPal and sync to Trainerize so I’ll be able to monitor your daily intake as well.

Knowledge is power! So I’ll also periodically send you educational information and healthy recipes via email to empower your healthy diet.

If you need additional guidance, I do offer meal planning as an additional service.

Personalized Exercise Plan

After our first consultation, I’ll create a training plan for you to get you moving towards your fitness goals. Each week, you’ll be assigned workouts and activities to check off in the Trainerize app.

Each of your workouts has exercise tutorial videos for you to watch and/or follow along with so you always know how you should perform an exercise. You’ll track your workouts in the Trainerize app, and I’ll monitor your progress each week and give feedback and guidance.

You can also take video of yourself doing an exercise and send it to me for form checks in messages.

Whether you’re working out at home with minimal equipment, in a weight room, or using a variety of equipment, I have a variety of programs to help you meet your fitness goals.

Pricing

  • Personal Training is $149 per month and includes 24/7 access to your personalized training plan (powered through the Trainerize app), direct messaging with your trainer, and one 30-minute coaching call each month.
