Post-Snapshot Reflection
Now that you have tracked your food and drink intake for 7 days, it’s time to reflect on what your current habits are and begin to think about what changes we might make towards a healthier diet.
You will need to use MyFitnessPal to see the calories for each day of the past week to complete the reflection. Follow the guide below to access each day of your Food Diary in MyFitnessPal.
HOW TO ACCESS THE DIARY IN MYFITNESSPAL:
Open your MyFitnessPal app. Tap on “DIARY” on the bottom of your screen. Select the arrows at the top of the screen to browse through the previous days.
Record the total amount of calories you ate for each day, and answer the questions in the form below.
**NOTE: record the number of calories consumed only--do not include exercise calories.
