I’ve created this 6-month program to help you build muscle, burn fat, and get toned with minimal equipment.

Each month I’ll send you a new training plan with new workouts, a program guide, exercise tutorial videos, and weekly messages to keep you making gains.

Program Details

  • Program Length: 6 months

  • Level: Interm/Advanced

  • Schedule: 3-4 days per week

  • Workout Length: 30-60 minutes

  • Suggested Equipment:

  • Price: $249 per month for 6 months. By signing up, you agree to pay all 6 monthly payments of the program.

  • Includes: 6 months of workout programming with exercise tutorial videos, weekly check-ins, and 1-on-1 messaging with your coach Jayd Harrison through the ABC Trainerize app
