Don’t worry about going to the gym when you can get started at home! I’ve created this program to get you moving, building muscle, and burning fat without leaving the house.

Each month I’ll send you a new training plan with new workouts, a program guide, exercise tutorial videos, and weekly messages to keep you moving forward.

Program Details

  • Program Length: 6 months

  • Level: Beginner

  • Schedule: 3-4 days per week

  • Workout Length: 30-60 minutes

  • Suggested Equipment: This program can be done with no equipment, but you’ll get more out of your workouts with the following suggested equipment:

  • Price: $249 per month for 6 months. By signing up, you agree to pay all 6 monthly payments of the program.

  • Includes: 6 months of workout programming with exercise tutorial videos, weekly check-ins, and 1-on-1 messaging with your coach Jayd Harrison through the ABC Trainerize app
